These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Puzzolver mobile application ("App") and the Puzzolver website. By using the App or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Using Puzzolver
You may use the App and website for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use them lawfully and not to interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or misuse them.
3. The App and Its Content
Puzzolver and its content are provided by Jiří Zrník. The App, including its design, graphics, and other content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit it except where permitted by law or with our permission.
4. Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases. Purchases and payments are handled by the relevant app store and are subject to that provider's terms, payment rules, and refund policies. We do not collect or store your payment credentials. Please contact the app store provider about a payment or refund.
5. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App or website to maintain or improve them. We do not guarantee that they will always be available or free of errors. We will not be responsible for interruptions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
